Practice spaces need some attention. As musicians, it’s not that we’re even that demanding; our practice spaces just need a bit of an update. 16 Studios is that much-needed update.

To begin with, everyone likes a little extra headroom. It looks good and sounds even better, which is why each room enjoys a twelve foot ceiling. Every studio also features a deep loft for extra storage, sound dampening where it matters, air conditioning that you can actually feel, and ceiling fans. Let’s not forget about the free wifi. Walk down the hall to access clean restrooms, water fountains, and vending machines. You can even pay your rent right here on this website if you get tired of writing checks.
